Columbia, SC 29203
6:30 – 7 :00 pm
The quarterly Police & Safety meeting begins at 6:30 pm or 30 minutes prior to the General Membership meeting. The PACE officer assigned to Earlewood attends to answer any questions and address safety concerns of residents.
7 :00 – 8:00 pm
Quarterly neighborhood meetings are held on the third Thursday in January, April, July and October at the Earlewood Park Community Center. Reminder signs are placed around the neighborhood. Topics that are important to the quality of life of Earlewood are discussed. All residents of Earlewood are encouraged to attend and get to know their neighbors!
Join us to kick back at a local venue and get to know the people who live around you, while supporting a business belonging to one of Earlewood’s own residents!
The Earlewood crew will be in the front booth on the right side, so we should be easy to find. We’ll be enjoying some tasty treats and drinks specials!
Everyone is also invited to hang out later for karaoke, so get your singing voices ready!
ECCO Night Out at Kelly’s Pub
1001 Washington St, Columbia, SC 29201
Thursday, February 13th at 6:30 PM
For years, Earlewood has hosted treasure seekers, gardeners, and bargain hunters at its annual Neighborhood Flea Market. The location and name have changed, but each May dozens of vendors and hundreds of shoppers continue to take part in this exciting community event.
2014 Big Flea
Saturday, May 3rd from 8AM – Noon
Earlewood Park Community Center
1113 Parkside Drive, Columbia, SC 29203
So much more than a neighborhood yard sale, the Big Flea features treasures from the attics and garages of dozens of residents and friends.
The Big Flea is the main fundraiser for our neighborhood association, with all proceeds going towards neighborhood beautification projects and events that directly impact the quality of life in Earlewood. We hope that you can help us make this year’s event a success. There are several ways Earlewood residents can show their support.
Visit the Big Flea page on www.earlewood.org for more information!
You’re invited to join neighbors and friends for a potluck dinner and time to chat with fellow Earlewood residents, CPD and RCPD officers, and local officials.
Please bring a casserole, entrée, or side dish to share!
**This year ECCO will be providing desserts and bread along with drinks, paper products, and other supplies.**
We hope to have enough food to treat our 7 Truck firefighters and Earlewood CPD officers to dinner also. If you know what you’re planning to bring, please comment on our Facebook event page! This will help us make sure there’s enough for everyone.
If you’re able to volunteer, we can definitely use your help! Please visit http://signupschedule.com/earlewood for a list of tasks and shifts. Then to sign up, you just enter your name! No need to register – and your information will not be posted to the public list.
National Night Out will take place at the Earlewood Community Center, 1113 Parkside Drive, at 6:00pm on Tuesday, August 5th. Dinner begins at 6:30.
We’ll have kid-friendly activities for our youngest Earlewood residents, so bring the whole family!
Feel free to email earlewoodevents@gmail.com with any questions. We hope to see you there!
