About ECCO

The Earlewood Community Citizens Organization (ECCO) represents the residents of the Earlewood neighborhood in Columbia, SC. Started in 1979 by a group of concerned citizens, ECCO’s mission is to improve the quality of life in Earlewood through neighborhood conservation, communication and cooperation with residents and the city. About Earlewood

In recent years Earlewood has experienced a renaissance and is one of the most popular downtown neighborhoods. Only a few minutes from the Vista and downtown Columbia it is an old neighborhood of tree-lined streets and historic Craftsman Bungalows.
