Earlewood is a great community for pet owners! With two parks and an award-winning dog park in our neighborhood as well as the Three Rivers Greenway just down the road, there are plenty of places for you to get out and have some fun with your pet! Also, every spring, the Humane Society hosts the See Spot Run 5K-9 right here in Earlewood.
Don’t forget that City of Columbia or Richland County residents are required to license their dogs and cats annually for a small fee. As a resident you can also benefit from the low-cost spay/neuter program from the Animal Mission and SPCA (call them at 803-776-8084). For adoptions or to report animal abuse, contact Columbia Animal Services at 803-776-PETS.
