The Earlewood Community Citizens Organization (ECCO) represents the residents of the Earlewood neighborhood in Columbia, SC. In recent years Earlewood has experienced a renaissance and is one of the most popular downtown neighborhoods. Only a few minutes from the Vista and downtown Columbia it is an old neighborhood of tree-lined streets and historic Craftsman Bungalows.
